Ball Lock® provides a proven method to quickly and accurately locate and lock fixtures onto machine tables and subplates. Jergens Quick-Loc™ is a modular quick change system that lets users achieve fast and repeatable fixture changes. The system allows for various types of top tooling to be interchanged on base receivers. The basis of the system is a 4-pull stud interface on either a 52mm or 96mm grid pattern. Top tooling is located and clamped to a base receiver in a single step when the pull studs are inserted into the receiver and the clamping screw is tightened.
